Delete your Mentodec account

1. Open Mentodec and tap Me (bottom bar).
2. Open Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Email mentodec@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Mentodec account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

Your profile, chats, Q&A posts, leads, photos, voice recordings, uploaded files and notification tokens.

Records the law requires us to keep for tax and financial purposes: payments, orders, refunds, receipts and their booking records, with personal details reduced to the minimum. Moderation logs are kept without message text. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.

Parents can also remove a child from their account, and pause or end a child's own login, from the Parent/Guardian card in the app.
